We have a position available for a new Administrator.
The Administrator position will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day to day operation in the WINDOW & Door Division
- Data entry and packing slip generation
- Run reports and monitor inventory
- Process special pricing requests
- Estimating
- Filing
- Double Checking estimate and orders for accuracy
- Willingness to learn ( Windows and Doors)
- Work in office environment, group or team.
- Good Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn a new operating Software Program (Estimating)
- Strong administration ability
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
