1.       Download PDF (for PDF editable version) to your Machine 2.       Fill in the required information 3.       Save As Or Print to Adobe to your desktop (or where preferred) 4.       Attach the edited PDF with your roof information to an E-mail 5.       Send E-mail with the attached form to the your Truss Designer
